Based on the 2023 Indonesian Health Survey (SKI), the prevalence of anemia among adolescents aged 15-24 years reached 15.5%, with slightly higher rates for females at 18% and 14.4% for males. Objective: To increase public awareness, understanding, and positive behavioral changes regarding the importance of nutrition in early anemia prevention.

Objective: To increase public awareness, understanding, and positive behavioral changes regarding the importance of nutrition in early anemia prevention.

Method: The Community Service activity, part of the Village Children's Work Festival, was attended by 30 adolescents aged 12-18 years. Educational materials focused on the importance of nutrient consumption to prevent anemia, with an emphasis on iron and vitamin C intake, as well as foods that inhibit or support iron absorption. A 7-minute animated educational video on nutrition to prevent anemia was projected using a projector and delivered with simple, engaging narration tailored to the characteristics of adolescents. Following the video, an interactive question-and-answer session and group discussion were held to strengthen participants' understanding.

Result: Based on the results of measuring adolescents' understanding before and after being given nutrition education through animated video media, data obtained showed that the average pre-test score for understanding anemia prevention was 52.83 with a standard deviation of 8.57. After the intervention in the form of showing educational animated videos and discussion sessions, the average post-test score increased to 74.17 with a standard deviation of 6.95. Statistical analysis using paired sample t-test showed a p-value = 0.000, which means there was a statistically significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores (p < 0.05). These results indicate that animated video-based nutrition education effectively increased participants' understanding of anemia prevention efforts.

Conclusion: Animated video media is an effective educational method and can be used as a nutritional health promotion strategy among adolescents, especially in anemia prevention efforts.
2025-09-30T00:00:00+08:00Hak Cipta (c) 2025 Baiq Dewi Sukma Septiani, Sonya Hayu Indraswari, Erwina Safitri, Holif Fitriyah, Ellanda Rima Ervyannahttps://journal.inspira.or.id/index.php/kolaborasi/article/view/628Edukasi Kesehatan Menari (Menopause Aman dengan Rutin konsumsi Soya) untuk Mengatasi Panas di Wajah pada Wanita Menopause di Puskesmas Sumur Batu2025-08-18T06:51:31+08:00Riona Sanjayarionasanjaya@aisyahuniversity.ac.idKomalasaririonasanjaya@aisyahuniversity.ac.idIis Tri Utamirionasanjaya@aisyahuniversity.ac.idPsiari Kusuma Wardanirionasanjaya@aisyahuniversity.ac.idDita Selviarionasanjaya@aisyahuniversity.ac.idHanum Puspita Darmarionasanjaya@aisyahuniversity.ac.idEvita Diana Fitri Nrionasanjaya@aisyahuniversity.ac.idNahdiyatul Wardatyrionasanjaya@aisyahuniversity.ac.idDina Lestaririonasanjaya@aisyahuniversity.ac.idReza Meitasaririonasanjaya@aisyahuniversity.ac.idTamara Dwitarionasanjaya@aisyahuniversity.ac.idFitri Yanirionasanjaya@aisyahuniversity.ac.idVania Nuraisyah Wuryandaririonasanjaya@aisyahuniversity.ac.idRatih Lestaririonasanjaya@aisyahuniversity.ac.id
Introduction: Menopause is a natural phase in a woman’s life characterized by the cessation of menstruation and a decline in estrogen levels, often accompanied by various complaints, one of which is hot flashes. The results of the 2023 Indonesian Health Survey (SKI) indicate that NCDs such as diabetes mellitus, heart disease, and hypertension remain a major issue in Indonesia and Central Java Province. Early detection of NCD risks through blood sugar, blood pressure, uric acid, and cholesterol level tests plays a crucial role in preventing and managing these chronic conditions.

Objective: This community service activity aims to support NCD prevention efforts at the local level, particularly in Central Java, by involving the community in early detection programmes and promoting healthy behaviours.

Method: This community service activity was carried out in June 2025 in Geneng Village, Demak, using a participatory method involving active community engagement. The program consisted of planning, health examinations, health education, and follow-up. A total of 51 participants from the productive and elderly age groups underwent health checks including blood pressure, blood glucose, uric acid, and cholesterol using standardized tools. The results were recorded, interpreted according to the Ministry of Health categories, and delivered to participants along with education on healthy lifestyles, such as dietary modifications, physical activity, and routine health monitoring. Data were analyzed descriptively and the results were also submitted to the local Public Health Center as input for non-communicable disease prevention programs.

Result: The screening showed that 57.7% of respondents had high blood pressure, 13.04% had high blood sugar, 53.5% had high cholesterol, and 13.9% had high uric acid. These four types of screening can serve as important indicators and play a strategic role in the early detection of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), enabling health interventions to be implemented in a timely and appropriate manner to prevent further complications. Respondents were then provided with an explanation of their screening results, including an interpretation of the health check results and recommendations for a healthy lifestyle.

Conclusion: The conclusion from this community service activity is that some respondents still have hypertension, abnormal blood sugar levels, high uric acid, and high cholesterol.
2025-09-30T00:00:00+08:00Hak Cipta (c) 2025 Alfi Fairuz Asna, Andi Trimulyono, Faik Kurrohman, Berlian Arswendo Adietya, Dewinta Roebiyana Hanyfah, Annisa Farhana, Dewi Syafrillia, Laela Safitri, Chalvin Weslee, Keizha Alviskarahmahttps://journal.inspira.or.id/index.php/kolaborasi/article/view/610Promosi Kesehatan dengan Dukungan Kesehatan Jiwa Psikososial untuk Pencegahan Perilaku “Self Harm” pada Angkatan Muda Muhammadiyah melalui Pemberian Psikoterapi2025-08-28T13:22:15+08:00Ike Mardiati Agustinikeagustin2583@gmail.comTri SumarsihSumarsih1899@gmail.comUmi Laelatul QomarQomar_umi@gmail.com
Introduction: The transition from adolescence to adulthood can lead to various emotional problems. One of the efforts made to identify nutritional problems in children is by measuring their weight and height. Measuring weight and height can provide an overview of a child's nutritional status, both past and present. Additionally, it allows for the assessment of current physical growth rate and nutritional status by reviewing weight measurement results. Malnutrition has adverse effects both in the short and long term. Children with malnutrition are more susceptible to illness. Children with malnutrition may also experience a decline in intelligence, which could lead to reduced productivity in the future

Objective: The objective of this community service activity is to assess the nutritional status of toddlers based on their weight and height at the Al-Fattah Playgroup in Katumbangan Village.

Method: The method used in this activity was to conduct a preliminary study. The health examination of toddlers was carried out on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, in Katumbangan Village, Campalagian Subdistrict, Polewali Mandar Regency, targeting toddlers in the Al-Fattah Playgroup.

Result: The results of the community service activity showed that out of the 10 toddlers who attended the activity, only 2 were male male and 8 female. Such anxiety can affect intra-anesthetic processes, influencing biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects. It may lead to increased blood pressure, elevated heart rate, and bleeding. Moreover, high levels of preoperative anxiety have been shown to correlate with a greater need for postoperative analgesics. Pre-anesthesia plays a crucial role in determining surgical outcomes; therefore, non-pharmacological preoperative management is essential. One such approach is Qur’anic murottal therapy, which has been shown to be effective in reducing anxiety.

Objective: This intervention was intended to lower the level of preoperative anxiety among patients at RSUD dr. Soedirman Kebumen.

Method: This service program was executed by the implementer assessed participants’ anxiety levels before and after listening to the murottal therapy using the APAIS questionnaire, with a total of 30 participants selected based on predetermined criteria.

Result: The average anxiety level before receiving murottal therapy was 15.03 (pre-test), which decreased to 10.8 after the intervention (post-test). As a result of this community service activity, the majority of participants (23 individuals, 76.67%) experienced moderate levels of anxiety prior to the therapy, and this figure significantly declined to only 8 individuals following the administration of murottal therapy.

Conclusion: Murottal therapy was found to reduce preoperative anxiety levels among patients at RSUD dr.
