Participants also showed better understanding of routine blood pressure monitoring, medication adherence, healthy lifestyle practices, and hypertension prevention, reflecting improved awareness of hypertension management.

Conclusion: Community-based health education developed through systematic problem analysis using Fishbone, USG, and SWOT effectively improved public awareness regarding hypertension management. This approach may serve as a sustainable strategy to strengthen community participation in hypertension prevention and control at the primary healthcare level.

Keywords: community awareness, Fishbone analysis, health education, hypertension, SWOT analysis, USG.
Novita Ana Anggraini Godefridus Antoni Turut Hak Cipta (c) 2026 Novita Ana Anggraini, Godefridus Antoni Turut https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2026-07-30 2026-07-30 6 4 814 826 10.56359/kolaborasi.v6i4.988 Efektifitas Pelatihan kerajinan Bunga Pita Berbasis Komunitas Dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas dan Pendapatan Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa (ODGJ) https://journal.inspira.or.id/index.php/kolaborasi/article/view/989
Introduction: Childbirth assisted by skilled health personnel in healthcare facilities remains one of the key indicators for reducing maternal and neonatal mortality. Although antenatal care coverage in the working area of Muara Komam Public Health Center is relatively high, the coverage of institutional delivery reached only 91.3%, which is still below the national target. This condition indicates the need for innovative community empowerment strategies to improve knowledge, family support, and community participation in promoting safe childbirth.

Objective: The purpose of this service was to improve the knowledge of pregnant women, families, health cadres, and community leaders regarding safe childbirth in healthcare facilities through the implementation of the PESAN CINTA (Peduli SayaNgi Calon Ibu BersaliN KiTa) program.

Method: This public service was conducted by employing a community empowerment approach through health education using a Health Education Unit (SAP), interactive lectures, discussions, question-and-answer sessions, leaflet distribution, pre-test and post-test evaluation, and the establishment of the PESAN CINTA WhatsApp Group as a sustainable communication and health education platform. The program was conducted on June 29, 2026, at Batu Butok Village Hall, involving 35 participants consisting of pregnant women, family members, health cadres, village officials, community leaders, religious leaders, and traditional birth attendants.

Results: Participant attendance reached 100%. The average knowledge score increased from 55 in the pre-test to 85 in the post-test, representing an improvement of 30 points (54.5%). This finding indicates a substantial increase in participants' knowledge regarding safe childbirth, danger signs during pregnancy, birth preparedness, and the importance of delivering in healthcare facilities. In addition, the establishment of the PESAN CINTA WhatsApp Group strengthened communication among healthcare providers, pregnant women, families, health cadres, and community stakeholders, thereby supporting the sustainability of health education and maternal health promotion

Conclusion: The PESAN CINTA program effectively improved community knowledge, strengthened family involvement, and enhanced community commitment to supporting childbirth in healthcare facilities
Reni Yuli Astutik Norkaya Norkaya Hak Cipta (c) 2026 Reni Yuli Astutik, Norkaya https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2026-08-03 2026-08-03 6 4 836 844 10.56359/kolaborasi.v6i4.986 Implementation of an Electric Hot Pack to Increase Body Temperature in Postoperative Patients with Hypothermia at Pandega Pangandaran Regional General Hospital https://journal.inspira.or.id/index.php/kolaborasi/article/view/962
Introduction: Hypothermia is a common complication in postoperative patients due to the effects of anesthesia, particularly in patients undergoing regional or general anesthesia. Hypothermia negatively affects patient recovery, such as causing cardiovascular system disorders, increasing the risk of bleeding, and delaying the healing process. Previous studies have explored various non-pharmacological interventions to manage core body temperature drop after surgery.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to implement an electric hotpack as a non-pharmacological intervention to increase the body temperature of postoperative hypothermic patients at RSUD Pandega Pangandaran.

Method: The method used a quantitative observational design with a pre-post intervention approach involving 30 postoperative patients who experienced hypothermia (body temperature <36°C). The intervention consisted of applying an electric hotpack for 15 minutes to the back area.

Result: The results showed that the average body temperature of the patients increased from 34.5°C to 35.4°C after the intervention. Participant characteristics were dominated by males (53.3%), early adulthood (43.3%), and patients with regional anesthesia (63.3%). This temperature increase demonstrated the effectiveness of the electric hotpack in reducing the degree of hypothermia in postoperative patients.

Conclusion: The implementation of an electric hotpack is an effective alternative for non-pharmacological management that is easy, inexpensive, and practical in post-anesthesia care. Medical personnel, particularly nurse anesthetists, should utilize this intervention widely in clinical practice
Tia Nuraisyah Danang Tri Yudono Linda Yanti Hak Cipta (c) 2026 Tia Nuraisyah; Danang Tri Yudono, Linda Yanti https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2026-08-06 2026-08-06 6 4 845 853 10.56359/kolaborasi.v6i4.962 Training on the Recognition and Initial Management of Pediatric Emergencies: Febrile Seizures and Choking in Bandungrejosari Village, Sukun District, Malang City https://journal.inspira.or.id/index.php/kolaborasi/article/view/981
Introduction: Febrile seizures and choking are common pediatric emergencies that require immediate and appropriate first aid to prevent serious complications and reduce unnecessary emergency department visits.
