It impacts children's physical growth and cognitive development and increases the risk of chronic diseases in adulthood. One of the main causes of stunting is a lack of knowledge about balanced nutrition and reproductive health from adolescence. Adolescent girls play a crucial role in stunting prevention efforts because they are potential mothers and directly determine the nutritional status of the next generation. Therefore, educating and empowering adolescent girls is a strategic step in breaking the chain of stunting in the community.

Objective: This community service program aims to improve adolescent girls' knowledge and skills regarding balanced nutrition and reproductive health as a stunting prevention effort in Pangaliali Village, Banggae District, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi.

Method: Implementation methods included program outreach, seminars and workshops on adolescent nutrition and reproductive health, and ongoing mentoring. Thirty adolescent girls aged 13–19 participated. Evaluation was conducted through pre- and post-assessment questionnaires to measure improvements in knowledge and adoption of healthy behaviors..

Result: The results showed an 85% increase in adolescent girls' knowledge and a 50% change in behavior toward adopting healthy eating patterns. The program's success was also supported by the use of educational media such as posters, learning modules, and the MAMMIS (Media Monitoring and Interactive Stunting) digital application as an interactive learning tool. These media were provided to adolescent girls as target partners in this community service activity.

Conclusion: this community service program has proven effective in increasing the capacity of adolescent girls in stunting prevention. It is hoped that this activity will continue through the formation of adolescent cadres at the school level and become a program within the intra-school organization (OSIS) so that nutrition and reproductive health education efforts can be sustainable and contribute to reducing stunting rates.
Immawanti, Pattola, Munadiah Wahyuddin, Ima Laila, Fitrah Ramadhani Aras Hak Cipta (c) 2025 Immawanti, Pattola, Munadiah Wahyuddin, Ima Laila, Fitrah Ramadhani Aras https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://journal.inspira.or.id/index.php/kolaborasi/article/view/671 Sat, 25 Oct 2025 00:00:00 +0800 Implementasi Murottal untuk Mengurangi Tingkat Nyeri pada Pasien Pre-operasi Sectio Caesarea https://journal.inspira.or.id/index.php/kolaborasi/article/view/676
Introduction: Sectio caesarea (SC) is a major surgical procedure often accompanied by significant pain and anxiety in the pre-anesthetic phase. Pregnancy-related back pain has become a complex problem, an unpleasant emotional and sensory experience resulting from actual or potential tissue damage. Pain reduction techniques can be pharmacological or non-pharmacological. Applying a water bag or water pillow to the body is known as a "water bag compress." This is done by conduction, where the heat from the water bag penetrates the body and causes blood vessels to dilate and muscles to relax, thereby reducing or eliminating pain.

Objective: The purpose of this community service project is to provide knowledge about discomfort during pregnancy and the application of warm compresses using a water bag to reduce low back pain among pregnant women in Somawangi Village, Mandiraja District.

Method: Lectures and discussions were used in this community service program. A 10-item true-false questionnaire was used, with a pre-test administered before implementation and a post-test administered after implementation.

Result: In the pre-test, 20 individuals (74.0%) had low knowledge levels, and 7 participants (26.0%) were in the fair knowledge level. In the post-test, 27 participants (100%) were in the good knowledge group, indicating that all participants gained more information about how to use water bags and warm compresses to manage pregnancy pain.

Conclusion: This community service project demonstrates that pregnant women are now more knowledgeable about using water bags and warm compresses to relieve back pain during pregnancy.
Lukman Aqil Faozi, Ema Wahyu Ningrum, Noor Yunida Triana Hak Cipta (c) 2025 Lukman Aqil Faozi, Ema Wahyu Ningrum, Noor Yunida Triana https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://journal.inspira.or.id/index.php/kolaborasi/article/view/702 Thu, 13 Nov 2025 00:00:00 +0800 Edukasi Tentang Kesehatan Mental pada Remaja di SMA Negeri 1 Rawalo https://journal.inspira.or.id/index.php/kolaborasi/article/view/721
Introduction: Adolescents are vulnerable to mental health issues due to social pressure, parenting, and environmental factors.
